Our GxG team recently had the special privilege of visiting the historic Karthäuserhof – a winery that has been the cradle of the world-famous Riesling since 1335 and is one of the founding members of the VDP. Prädikatsweingüter.
The visit was truly special: we were given an exclusive behind-the-scenes look and were able to experience the rich history of the wine cellar and the craftsmanship behind their exceptional wines. During a guided wine tasting, we were also able to sharpen our senses and gain an even better understanding of the fine nuances of Riesling.
We rounded off the day with a delicious dinner at Hotel Weis, followed by a relaxed evening in the vibrant atmosphere of Trier.
