Lara Köster

Lara advises German and international companies and investors on corporate law, M&A and private equity transactions, as well as legal issues in the real estate industry. Furthermore, she assists private clients in connection with international legal structures, particularly regarding their corporate planning, establishment, and dissolution.

In addition, she supports companies and financial investors in conducting due diligence and the efficient management of M&A transactions and complex cross-border projects, and represents her clients in corporate disputes before the courts.

Prior to joining GxG Legal, Lara gained her legal experience at leading law firms in Frankfurt am Main. Lara gained international practical experience during a secondment in Dubai, UAE. She is also our contact person for our pro bono practice.
