Dr. Nikita Gontschar founds GxG Legal in Frankfurt am Main with the aim of building a specialized boutique for demanding commercial law advice.

With the secondment of lawyer Lara Köster in Dubai, GxG Legal deepens cooperation with international partner firms and consistently expands its global network.

With Dr. Nikita Gontschar as sole Managing Partner, a new chapter begins for the firm. The addition of lawyer Carina Bennek underscores the consistent expansion of the international transactions practice as well as advice to entrepreneurial families and investors. Lawyer Frank Rodenhausen becomes an authorized signatory.
