Lara advises German and international companies and investors on corporate law, M&A and private equity transactions as well as on legal issues in the real estate industry and advises private clients in connection with international legal structures, in particular on their corporate law planning, establishment and dissolution. In addition, she assists companies and financial investors in conducting due diligence assessments and the efficient management of M&A transactions and complex cross-border projects and represents her clients in corporate disputes in court. Prior to joining GxG as an associate, Lara gained her legal experience in leading law firms in Frankfurt am Main. Lara gained international practice experience as part of a secondment in Dubai, UAE. She is also our contact person for our pro bono practice.
