About Samuel.
Samuel is an attorney-at-law and notary with his official seat in Frankfurt am Main. He combines two perspectives that rarely come together in one person: that of the transaction lawyer who designs and negotiates a structure, and that of the notary who notarises it and brings it to completion. The legal ranking Best Lawyers has listed him continuously since 2022 as a “Best Lawyer” in the field of real estate commercial law.
With more than twelve years of professional experience, Samuel has advised institutional and private investors, funds, project developers, family offices and entrepreneurial families on real estate and corporate transactions in the hundreds of millions and billions. In corporate law, his focus is on private M&A, advising on complex investment and financing rounds, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. Clients value his combination of legal depth, commercial acumen and pragmatic deal management, which steers and holds transactions together across multiple jurisdictions and advisers.
