GxG Legal, led by Dr. Nikita Gontschar and Lara Köster, advised CM Venture GmbH and Dr. Cortney Mittelsteadt on a strategic investment, together with Element 22 Holding GmbH and its affiliated companies, in HyTi GmbH, a company advancing hydrogen technology.
As a recognized leading expert in hydrogen projects, Dr. Mittelsteadt is partnering with Element 22 to leverage their proprietary Porous Transport Layer (PTL) technology and increase the efficiency of electrolyzers. This collaboration will further drive innovation in Diffusion Bonded Anodes (DBA), a critical component for hydrogen electrolyzers.
Through the investment, HyTi GmbH gains access to state-of-the-art PTL technology and can deploy it in a targeted manner to provide high-performance solutions for the growing hydrogen economy. The parties have formalized their partnership through additional agreements, thereby paving the way for large-scale production of key hydrogen components.
