Vision & Purpose
GxG Legal, based in Frankfurt am Main, was founded by a team of lawyers led by Nikita Gontschar with the aim and vision of providing high-quality, service-oriented legal advice that creates sustainable value.
We combine personal responsibility and entrepreneurship with the legal profession, which gives us the freedom to not only provide excellent legal services, but to also shape a trusting and personal relationship with our clients. This relationship is based on commitment, straightforwardness and creativity. Our agile setup enables us to pave the way for new disruptive technologies and pioneering ideas for our clients. For us, independence enables the ability to take on assignments which entail a sustainable impact for the future.

Above all, we identify ourselves with a thorough, efficient and focused approach to work. As entrepreneurial counsellors and thought leaders, we recognise trends early and help to seize opportunities in a targeted manner. We work with our clients to develop and implement a customised strategy to achieve extraordinary results for them. We face multi-layered, complex and demanding challenges together with our clients, identifying risks prudently and with foresight, showing solution-oriented ways to avoid or deal with them. We aim to exploit the full potential of our interdisciplinary teams and innovative ideas. We are convinced that a holistic perspective, that takes all essential aspects into account will lead to a successful strategy and outcome. Our clients also value us as a sparring partner at eye level, who will be honest with them for their own best interest.

As an independent entity, we have no cross-selling pressure. Instead, our distinctive structure defines our approach. We work hand-in-hand with our clients' advisors and, if necessary, can draw on our own international, interdisciplinary and well-established network of specialists.

Our practice focuses on consulting private clients, families, business owners, investors and companies on matters involving corporate law, M&A and private equity transactions, venture capital investments, as well as legal issues in the real estate industry. Both of our founders are alumni of the international top tier law firm Hengeler Mueller, where they gained extensive experience in these aspects of law.
