Florian Auer is an artist who succeeds in creating an almost magical connection between the digital and the physical. His works have something familiar, but also something unsettling - like a glimpse into a future that is already here, but not quite tangible yet. I admire the way he plays with materials, distorting, simulating and reinterpreting them. His art is like a dialogue between technology, aesthetics and human perception. I find it particularly fascinating how Auer translates digital aesthetics - often inspired by 3D renderings or virtual surfaces - into the real world. Anyone interested in contemporary art that reflects our digital present should definitely take a look at his work.

At our event, we had the opportunity to experience his art up close and discuss the significance of digital transformation in the art world. The conversations ranged from the future of digital aesthetics to the role of AI in creative processes and the question of how the analog is redefined in the age of simulation.

A big thank you to Florian Auer for his fascinating insights and to all our guests who enriched the evening with their ideas and perspectives. Anyone interested in contemporary art at the intersection of the digital and the real should definitely take a closer look at his work!
